WCC meets to finalize the Community Forum

The Waterville Community Connections board met on Sep. 27 at the Cummiskey Law office in Waterville, to finalize plans for the Community Forum being held at Gilligan's in one week. Jane, Lynne and Diane are calling invitees, as we have not had a good email or phone response from many. Cindy is emailing others. Karen will continue to work on the display boards and will get pictures from Lynne from her events this summer. Lynne is working on the brochures and statistics. The board will all have an individual group to represent at the forum. Cindy will represent the WCC; Dave Cummiskey, Lions; Lynne, Children and Family; Jane; Sakatah Arts; Diane, Friends of the Library; Karen, Downtown Beautification. The group will meet early at Gilligan's to finish preparations for the event. A timeline for the event was detailed, and our hope is to have a good turnout so we can get a good start on our planned objectives as a community group. Adjourned.
